The happy ending.

Yesterday, I got uncomfortable and vulnerable by sending you the email about how I felt terrible all of the time.


So, how did I escape that madness, lose 75 pounds, and start having more energy than my teenagers?


In my late 30's, I began working with my own Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and she gave me a plan. Here's the plan:

  1. Take responsibility for your health.

  2. Listen to your body and understand what it's telling you.

  3. Develop a successful lifestyle for vibrant living.

That's all. Seems simple enough.


But it's not easy.


That's why NTPs are trained to help you interpret your body's signs and symptoms so you can stop fighting your body and instead start working with your body so you can heal.
